When Allure Properties Inc., reached out to us about their real estate investment firm, we were immediately captivated by the brand's driven energy. Words like freedom, growth, wealth and travel, communicated the core truths of API’s combination of life-changing offerings.
The identity design was propelled by Allure Properties’ mission to help busy professionals with young families and retirees achieve financial freedom and the ability to live life on their terms.
We developed the Road to Wealth strategy which represents Allure Properties’ dedication to creating financial freedom through real estate investing in the form of a path symbolizing growth and forward momentum while the triangle pointing upwards denotes strength and stability. Together these symbols pay homage to the letter A, the brand initial. The palette inspires feelings of trust and freedom with teal blues, projecting dependability and stability, conveying confidence, power and authority. Characteristically the colour of innovation and intellect, yellow (ochre) is designed to produce a warming effect, the golden hue conveys super-charged energy to this cool-neutral palette. Together the hues evoke integrity and determination, paralleling Allure Properties' motivations of being a credible and goal-oriented brand.
